JOB SUMMARY:

The Project Manager, Talent Technology Solutions & Operations collaborates closely with the Global Talent Acquisition teams to implement technology and global processes to support Gap’s global Talent Acquisition goals. The Project Manager is accountable for delivering solutions that meet the needs of the ever-changing talent acquisition business strategies across functions, brands, and global locations. The Project Manager is responsible for all phases of project management including; project planning, resource management, business process evaluation and design, stakeholder engagement, and change management planning.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead project planning and implementation of technology and process related to Talent Acquisition systems.

  • Partner to Talent Technology and Talent Acquisition leadership to define project and process requirements and implementation plan to drive optimal utilization and adoption of the technology.

  • Serve as a project liaison between the HR functional teams (talent acquisition, talent management, learning and development, etc.) technical partners and/or external vendors to design the system based off business requirements.

  • Partner with change lead to create change management and training plan.

  • Partner with technology support leads to understand any downstream impacts or implications to projects being explored.

  • Build and execute project plans to track deliverables, timelines, and revise plans as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.

  • Ensure projects are executed on time and within budget.

  • Support leaders on additional technology and operations projects as required.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience using and/or managing talent acquisition technology solutions (e.g., Applicant Tracking System(s), candidate relationship management tools, candidate experience tools, etc.).

  • Practical project management experience with demonstrated ability to establish and achieve aggressive project objectives.

  • Experience successfully supporting complex organizations; cross brand, cross function, international business initiatives.

  • Excellent collaboration skills and proven ability to develop strong relationships and partnerships.

  • Ability to influence and negotiate across multiple stakeholders at various levels.

  • Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills with the demonstrated ability to effectively communicate across different audiences.

  • Highly flexible, self-directed, and adapts well to a rapidly changing environment.

  • Experience in process development, reingineering and execution.

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
