About the Role

The Senior Manager, Digital & Tech Finance is a critical role responsible for the financial planning, budgeting, and analysis of the day-to-day oversight and management of the Digital & Tech operations. This position will be accountable for financial visibility to the leadership team, the management and reporting of financial goals inclusive of financial accounting and will assist in driving the implementation and change management of financial and operational processes across the organization. This role will work cross functionally across Digital & Tech and will engage with all levels to ensure the delivery of strategic capabilities and successful outcomes.

What You'll Do

  • Working with two individual contributors to drive the day-to-day tasks of four Marketing budgets which are centrally managed by our team on behalf of, and in close partnership with, our brand Marketing and Finance partners: Email, SMS, Central Digital Marketing, and Photo Studio expenses

  • Additionally manage and oversee Divisional forecasts for four smaller departments within Digital & Tech

  • Drive the development and refinement of monthly financial forecasts that accurately reflect anticipated business performance, highlight key issues for senior management and brand partners, meet corporate requirements and accounting standards, and are aligned with function strategy

  • Leverage data in decision making and course correct as necessary

  • Introduce new tools, processes, and technology to drive efficiencies that will enable the team to work better together and with external stakeholders

  • Manage internal and external prioritization, resolving blockers and dependencies

  • Provide financial decision-making support to the leadership teams of Digital & Tech as well as the brand teams that we support

Who You Are

  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to a changing, fast paced environment

  • Strength in building partnerships; working collaboratively in a matrixed environment with proven influencing skills

  • 5-7 years of increasing levels of financial management experience

  • Strong financial acumen, robust analytical and modeling skills; thorough understanding of accounting fundamentals and financial metrics

  • Able to interpret and synthesize data into intelligent business recommendations, think and operate strategically, and to clearly communicate complex ideas

  • A highly service-orientated approach with a track record of delivery and client satisfaction

Salary Range: $146,000 - $193,400 USD

Employee pay will vary based on factors such as qualifications, experience, skill level, competencies and work location. We will meet minimum wage or minimum of the pay range (whichever is higher) based on city, county and state requirements.
